We offer a nationwide delivery service excluding Northern Ireland, the following areas carry a delivery surcharge:
Isle of Wight
London
Devon / Cornwall
Grampian
Highlands
How long does delivery take?
We offer a 48hr delivery service through our trusted delivery provider. Orders will be delivered between 08:00hrs and 18:00hrs.
What’s your refund / returns policy?
We are unable to refund cut to size orders unless they have been cut to the wrong size. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please get in touch with us and we will investigate further.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
If your order has not yet been processed, we will arrange a refund straight away. However, if your order has been processed and you no longer wish to receive it, we can cancel the order but you will only be refunded for the delivery charge and not the materials that have been cut.
